たこ焼き♪ Takoyaki

Tried cooking Takoyaki at home on 16th Sep! I used the following recipe :3




Takoyaki (60 balls) - - -
Takoyaki Mix Powder 300g
Icy Water 900cc
Octopus 120g
Egg 3
Takoyaki Sauce
Fish flakes
Mayonnaise


Kim doesn't like spring onion and red ginger so I took them out teehee :p The trick to making it round is to add more batter when you turn it 90 degrees! In our first few tries we had many UFO shaped takoyaki XDDD But the 3rd and 4th try we got pretty round balls. (Y)
Due to time constraint, I didnt' use up all the batter :P Only made 48. But it was fun making and eating at the same time. And discussing with K how to improve the next batch. 8D Hooray to my first kitchen experience! \(^o^)/
